配置testlink的时候第二天访问本地时候，出现"Host 'localhost' is not allowed to connect to this MySQL server"
解决方法，进入xampps/mysql/bin/my.ini的文件
再【mysqld】段中加入
--skip-grant-tables
为的是让任何人都能访问人
重启mysql
ep:
"Host 'localhost' is not allowed to connect to this MySQL server" 的原因及解决办法
