解决xampp中的数据库不能使用的问题：host localhost is not allowed to connect to this MySQL server

进入C:\xampp\mysql\bin，打开my.ini文件，在标题为[mysqld]的标签下面加上skip-grant-tables 这句话，保存，重新运行数据库就可以了。
