6/3号完成OFDM baseband signal generation部分分析：（参见38.211/38.104/38.331）
Baseband signal is defined w.r.t. per subframe of combination (antenna port p, scs u).
N_u is the length of user data, N_CP is the length of CP
Different N_CP is defined(there are 2 ofdm symbols with longer CP for normal CP configuration, with l=0 and l=7*2^u),but time-length of a subframe is always 1ms:
about k0（取值范围[-6, 0, 6]）：
（1）38.104中规定了各种u支持的带宽（BW）及其PRB数目（N_RB）。注意N_RB有奇偶之分。
（2）38.104中还规定了carrier（NR载波）的中心频点如何与PRB对齐。对于偶数N_RB，与N_RB/2的sc0对齐；但是对于奇数N_RB，与N_RB/2的sc6对齐。
（3）同时，NR一个OFDM符号中支持多种u配置（scs配置在BWP中）。
问题出现了，如果1个symbol中有2种u配置：u1和u2：
*case#1: 如果u1/u2的BW（38.331 SCS-SpecificCarrier）都是偶数或者都是奇数，那么k0=0；
*case #2：如果u1>u2，BW_u1是偶数，BW_u2是奇数，为保证u1/u2的CRB(x,y)-sc0对齐，k0应配置为6；
*case #3：如果u1>u2，BW_u1为奇数，BW_u2为偶数，为保证u1/u2的CRB(x,y)-sc0对齐，k0应配置为-6。
