springBoot2.2X以上版本使用swagger3.0

1、依赖

注:Springfox 3.0.0(包含springfox-swagger2-3.0.0)即OpenAPI 3的发布与系统集成
启动项目,访问地址:http://localhost:8080/swagger-ui/index.html
