Failure to transfer org.springframework.boot:spring-boot-starter-parent:pom:2.4.3错误详解

今天在构建springcloud微服务的时候，导入相关依赖，发现pom.xml报错了，报错信息如下:

根据这条错误，我在StackOverflow上找到了答案，作者是这样说的：

在网上找到一个回答，说可以降低版本，然后再试试，发现果然成功了。
