pom.xml文件的project上报错Could not transfer artifact org.springframework.boot:spring-boot-starter-parent:pom:1.5.4.RELEASE

办法 ：命令行 cd 到项目路径下使用mvn complile编译后，右键项目 maven -》reimport 即可
