下载完成后只有一个consul.exe文件，硬盘路径下双击运行查，看版本信息

consul与springcloud整合：

1. 服务提供者注册进consul
1.1新建支付服务module cloud-providerconsul-payment8006

1.6 启动8006 测试

这样 consul-provider-payemnt 就注册进来了，再来测试功能，也是正常执行的。

2. 服务消费者注册进consul
2.1 新建modul cloud-consumerconsul-order80
