nginx编译需要以下软件源码或者库文件：
- nginx：http://hg.nginx.org/nginx ，nginx源码，最好不要用github上下载的
- pcre：https://ftp.pcre.org/pub/pcre/ ， 只支持4.4-8.43版本，使用8.37版本
- zlib：https://zlib.net/，使用1.2.8版本
- openssl：https://www.openssl.org/source/old/ ，使用1.0.1s版本
- hg：https://www.mercurial-scm.org/ ，nginx源码下载器，用于下载http://hg.nginx.org/nginx
- vs2019：需要使用cl、nmake、ml64等工具
- perl：https://www.perl.org/get.html#win32 ，使用ActiveState Perl ，用于执行脚本
- msys：用
