 注意:我这里配置了es6及更高版本转es5的js配置
注意点：在引入lodash/jQuery等库的时候，ts的检查模式可能不会限制，如果需要限制就需要下载对应的包 地址 搜索 格式为@types/[‘包名称’] 例如 @types/lodash
