Unable to open 'run.ipynb': Using the Jupyter notebook editor requires the stable version of VS code
我尝试关闭vscode再重新打开后，可以打开run.ipynb，之前也有这种情况，后面一段时间后又可以打开了。
尝试网上的解决方案没有用，不知道提到的settings.json是哪个路径下的。
