Thanks for having given some time to me to discuss my raise this afternoon.
And thanks your advices which would be sure useful for me here or there probably.
As I had mentioned before, my salary in past two years were too low comparing with some other people here and most outside this company.
I like the open environment here and friendly colleagues which worked hard with them in the past couple of months, and this is why I tried to find you and raised my raise requirement.
I do really need a raise to motivate me work better here in future and seeking for more contributions to this company.
I hope company could give me raise up to *K per month, if I still cannot reach that criteria from company's perspective, *K per month is my bottom line which not less than someone.
And in the meantime hope company could re-evaluate me from performance, education and experiences, skills and capabilities' perspectives and then give me a good raise.
Thanks a lot and hope company could have a great progress in following months.
