I have been recommending DBA’s to automate most (if not all) business as usual (BAU) work and to concentrate at becoming as much proactive as possible (If you cannot automate a BAU process, delegate it) because you have more important things to do!
BAU如不能自动化，则无时间学习新技术，做重要的事！

最后就是讲如何转变了，第3点就是讲不断学习，充实自己，但学习内容因人而异，不再赘述。第2点讲的数据库管理以预防为主，不过凡事预则立，用在学习生活上亦可。第1点需要多说几句，如何改变指专业的态度，学会做研究，学会创新，正确的沟通(多倾听，以平等态度对人，勿做自行车骑手)。
