ghost file .gho and vmware files are disk images, but the magic is that the two companies belong to the file format, was able to convert each other.

Methods as below:

1. Convert ghost .gho files to the hard disk vmware vmdk file
command line command:

ghost32 -clone,mode=restore,src=YOUR-GHOST-FILE.gho,dst=YOUR-VM-NAME.vmdk -batch -sure

2. Create a system that matches the original and the ghost of a virtual machine
in vmware, press the "New Virtual Machine" wizard, create a ghost of the original system and matching virtual machine.
