Some market RTMP android sdk extrusion flow with the android mediacodec is performed, but there are two drawbacks:
1, mediacodec this class is only supported in the future android4.1, you can not use the previous version;
2, mediacodec this class is hard-coded, mobile phone manufacturers need to support, the situation is not the same support many manufacturers, mobile phone failure is a big problem.
