Installation on VMWare and remote access CentOS7

Toss a night, finally somehow, a lot of online tutorials are chaotic, https: //www.tecmint.com/install-vmware-workstation-in-linux/ a little on this one point.

OS Version: CentOS7-1810 update to the latest.

1. First download and upload the appropriate bundle file

2. Modify the file permissions, I changed to direct 777

chmod 777 filename

3. Run the installation file, do not use parameters, pit father

./VMware-Workstation-Full-15.1.0-13591040.x86_64.bundle

4. General will prompt a lack of GCC

yum groupinstall "Development tools"

5. If prompted I did not encounter a lack of Kernel Headers

rpm -qa | grep kernel-headers
yum install kernel-headers

6. This seems to be installed (remember, so next time try)

yum install kernel-devel

7. You can then run vmware directly

 PS. Uninstall

vmware-installer -u vmware-workstation
