This event invited more than 120 well-known speakers, including Ethereum co-founder Vitalik Buterin, Ethereum Foundation researcher Justin Drake, Cyberport Investor Network (CIN) Steering Group Chairman Hendrick Sin, Hong Kong Legislative Council member Qiu Tat-kan, King Leung, head of the FinTech Department of Invest Hong Kong, and Sandy Peng, co-founder of Scroll, shared their insights on popular topics such as Web3, supervision, Layer2, and ZK (zero-knowledge proof).
At the same time, the Innovation Hackathon competition co-organized by Ethereum's native zkEVM expansion solution Scroll and BeWater attracted about 250 hackers to participate and submit 84 creative projects. Among them, the top three in the on-chain innovation competition area are RingSig, Lazyotter and Communities ID; the top three in the student innovation competition area are Kaviar, Competition Protocol and Verimint. This not only demonstrates the heightened creativity within the community, but also reinforces the commitment to building a community of Web3 developers that will provide a platform to foster future innovation.
In addition, this event also received active participation from Scroll, Tencent Cloud, DODO, Accseal and 20 other groundbreaking Web3 projects, creating a dynamic space full of cooperation potential.
