UNISOC T820 is a chip using advanced 6nm EUV technology. It adopts 1+3+4 three-cluster eight-core CPU architecture, consisting of one Arm Cortex-A76 large core with a main frequency of 2.7GHz and three cores with a main frequency of 2.3 It is composed of GHz Arm Cortex-A76 large core and 4 Arm Cortex-A55 clocked at 2.1GHz. It supports up to 3MB L3 cache to further improve performance.
UNISOC T820 is equipped with Android 13 or above operating system, which is powerful and easy to operate. It supports 5G dual-SIM dual standby and 5G connection, and has features such as 4K 60-frame high-definition video recording and playback, HDR10+ high-definition standard, and 8 TOPS AI computing power, continuously improving 5G capabilities.
