At first, the Songyang Internet police received a report that someone posted a large number of obscene and pornographic video links every day through the WeChat group, and they could watch them after recharging and paying.
After rigorous investigation, it was found that behind these links was a criminal gang with a strict division of labor. Platform building, operation and maintenance, agency promotion...a mature "yellow" industrial chain has been formed.
After further investigation by the Songyang Internet Police, it was discovered that one of the main culprits behind the case was the programmer Fu Mou.
After graduating from university, Fu went to work as a programmer in an Internet company, but soon he couldn't stand the "996" work rhythm and huge work pressure of the Internet, and wanted to quit his job and start his own business. After thinking hard, he found a good way for himself to "make money while lying down" at home.
Fu used his programming knowledge to create an online studio called "Leopard", and released a lot of information promoting gray and black industries. He also successively built six pornographic platforms including "Cheetah", "Naughty Girl" and "Kowloon", and then sold them to other operation teams at a price ranging from several thousand to tens of thousands of yuan for each platform. Fu was only responsible for maintenance Each platform charges 5% to 8% of the website order flow as a commission.
How do these platforms make money?
The operation team sends video links to unspecified groups of people on various social platforms to continuously develop agents. Agents can take 70% to 80% of the amount paid by their development customers. In order to earn more profits, the agent will recruit customers, constantly build QQ and WeChat groups, pull people into the group everywhere, and post viewing links of pornographic videos in the group. Agents are divided into levels. A junior agent has more than 60 WeChat groups, and each group has nearly 500 group members. In just half a year, the agents of this criminal gang spread all over the country, and the number of "movie watchers" reached one million.
In order to earn more money, Fu Mou also cooperated with his friend Ye Mou to develop a channel called "Taotao Payment", which connects to various websites to collect money. From December 2019 to when the case was investigated and dealt with, the "Taotao Payment" channel collected a total of nearly 600,000 yuan in recharge, and Fu received more than 440,000 yuan. In this case, Fu made a total profit of more than 4 million yuan through various channels.
After more than four months of rigorous investigation, the Songyang Internet police gradually figured out the gang's organizational structure, operating model and main persons involved in the case. They collected the Internet in Fujian, Anhui and other provinces, captured the criminal gang, and frozen the funds. More than 16 million yuan. Among the electronic devices investigated, a total of 6,525 obscene videos were found, destroying six nationwide pornographic platforms.
The case was transferred to the procuratorate for public prosecution. Fu Mou and others were sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment ranging from seven to 12 years and fined RMB 20,000 to 4.2 million for disseminating obscene materials for profit.
