1. Different points of interest Boys and girls have different points of interest. There are reasons for the lack of women in the computer industry. First, most girls choose to study liberal arts, and only a few choose to study science. Then, after finishing science, many girls choose teachers, doctors, nurses, economics and other majors, so fewer girls enter the computer industry. And because boys have been exposed to computers very early (here is not talking about programming, but games or something), this is one of the main reasons for boys to enter the computer industry, and computer is a popular industry, so during the student period, there are more men than women in computer majors.


2. Different physical conditions Some female programmers have reported that it is really hard to be a code farmer. After working on a computer for a long time, her face will become ugly, her body is not very good, and her face is full of acne. Some women are thoughtful and their programming skills are no worse than boys, but their physical fitness is not as good as boys, and they cannot withstand high-intensity work. Programming requires talent, not meticulous thinking. From the division of arts and sciences, it can be seen that boys have much stronger logical thoughts. Men are innovative, women are meticulous. In the later stage, there are also a group of female programmers who are tired and tired, want to find a stable job, and switch to testing and administration. Therefore, some companies are not afraid to find female programmers with confidence, because they do not know whether they have changed careers in a year or two.


3. Conditional limitations Most of the programs compiled by female programmers are of good quality, with a low bug rate, which is definitely higher than the average quality level of male programmers. But the problem is that this industry requires a lot of overtime, and it is difficult for female programmers to work overtime like they did before marriage after they get married or give birth. Men with the same ability can be found in the same treatment, and men are basically selected. This creates a certain degree of job discrimination, which makes the ratio of males and females even more unequal.
