Topic 1: TOC mentor Zheng Weibo presented the first incubation report of the OpenAnolis project
After the establishment of the second TOC mentor group, Zheng Weibo, Chen Yang, Xu Liang, Huo Haitao and Yu Jie were introduced into the OpenAnolis project as TOC mentors after a new round of double selection.
The Dragon Lizard community was established in September 2020. In terms of community operations, the community has 55 SIGs, 20 million traffic, nearly 50 million downloads, 20,000 warehouses (including a RISC-V technology preview version); more than 90,000 PR, the merge ratio is 95%; 15,000 Gitee Issues, the repair ratio is 82%. In terms of community governance, in March of this year, 11 community members were adjusted (including new additions and replacements), 3 new director units were added, and 3 new director members represented 9 representatives (directors, TC members, and operation committee members).
Topic 2: Hua Yong, a core member of the MetaToC project, made a project roadshow presentation
MetaToC is a wind, fire, water, electricity, and network management system that realizes data collection based on the Internet of Things and data confirmation and traceability based on blockchain. The project will be open-sourced in April 2022, and version V0.7 will be released in July 2023. The total number of project codes is 1,066,428 lines, and there are 9 contributors, most of whom are from 21Vianet.
The project uses CRD to customize resources to simplify the definition of object transmission; utilize KubeEdge's native high availability capabilities to ensure service reliability; use the same service for data collection and AI model delivery, simplifying the implementation of edge computing; support edge side data Acquisition, the chain natively confirms data ownership; supports data ownership transfer on the chain; supports data transfer traceability; supports edge intelligent model distribution and other functions.
