The first is to satisfy procurement and bidding, but also to adapt to the expansion of the supply chain: expanding the supply chain has become an industry consensus, but limited to the development stage of the enterprise, the status quo of the organizational structure system, etc., it is often difficult for enterprises to achieve it in one step, and at the same time need to adapt to organizational structure adjustments at any time, such as the newly established supply chain management department, so the platform needs to meet the current situation, mid-term and long-term goals at the same time. In order to meet such goals, the platform needs to have the capabilities of business scenario presets, flexible process adaptation, functional integration and openness, and flexible value extension.

Seventh, both intelligent innovation and application implementation are required: the intelligentization of the procurement supply chain has become an industry consensus, and now more attention should be paid to application implementation. Only when intelligence is embedded and applied to business systems can the maximum value be realized, and only by realizing out-of-the-box intelligent services can the sustainable development of intelligence be ensured. In the past, platforms were often only satisfied with informatization, and the core focused on what functions they had. Without the consideration of data, platform and AI in the underlying architecture, intelligence can only become a castle in the air.
