This problem has troubled me for a long time and I have consulted many solutions. I will simply list two methods:
Option One
Caused by software conflicts, usually ASUS computers, uninstall Foxit PhantomPDF software (Foxit Reader)
Option II
Enter the resource manager, click View, and cancel the [Detailed Information Pane]
