The Explorer.exe program is the shell program of the system, which is responsible for displaying "tasks" such as the desktop and taskbar. Many applications also need the support of this process, and programs such as viruses and Trojan horses will also start or run using this process.

Processing process: unsuccessful
1. Antivirus processing, malicious plug-in scanning, vulnerability repair, uninstalling risky software, killing abnormal processes and services (null name service), all failed;

2) When the keyboard input language on the computer is set to Korean;

For this, you need to install the update 2876415, go to the Microsoft Download Center: http://download.microsoft.com/, search for KB2876415, and restart after completion;
4. Safe mode, clean boot processing:
1) Clean boot: msconfig -> click the "Services" tab, select "Hide all Microsoft services", then click Disable all ----> click the "Start" tab, then click Disable all and confirm.
Then restart the computer. When the "System Configuration Utility" pops up, select "Don't show this message again" in this dialog box and click OK.
Recovery: On the "General" tab, click "Normal startup-load all device drivers and services". Click "OK". When you are prompted to restart your computer, just click "Restart".
Note: Temporarily disabling startup items is just to prevent problems encountered during startup. This operation will not affect the system or other programs, and we can start these programs manually in the future.
