Start, Run: regedit, HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT / Directory / Background / shellex / ContextMenuHandlers
following generally only two Key: one is the New, this corresponds to the new right-click menu items, and the other one is NvCplDesktopContext (my only two), the the reason is slow right, leaving the New, the other can be deleted
NOTE: If you worry about accidentally, you can right-export backup, accident, then double-click on the recovery.
