Sometimes, switch the input method, or click on the bottom of the menu windows, computer mouse will become busy going round in circles in the state, can not operate bottom of the menu functions;
1. ctrl + alt + esc (or ctrl + alt + delete) adjusting the way the task manager;
2. Go to the Details screen, find the "Windows Explorer" or "Explorer" and select (mouse can not move up and down cursor keys);
3. Once selected, while holding down the "alt + e" to restart Explorer.
