Introduction to the topic:

With the advancement of technologies such as Internet of Vehicles and intelligent driving, the automotive industry is entering a new era of software-defined vehicles. Behind the electrification, intelligence, networking, and sharing of automobiles is the increasing amount of code. It is estimated that the number of lines of source code used by automobiles will exceed 200 million in 2025, and with the continuous optimization of intelligent driving, it is expected to reach 1 billion. OK. Volkswagen predicts that software development costs will account for more than half of vehicle development costs around 2030. It is foreseeable that future cars will be software-defined cars, and who will define software, the answer is open source. As a new energy vehicle company, Jikr started the company's open source governance project less than a year after the company was established, established its own OSPO, and carried it out smoothly for more than a year.

Lecture time: 14:00 - 14:30

Introduction to the topic:

For the on-board operating system represented by autonomous driving, the deployment and update of applications is a difficult problem. The main challenge comes from the complexity of application dependencies, and the fact that different applications depend on different versions of three-party libraries. This brings a lot of workload of dependency version update and verification.

The container-based in-vehicle operating system application management solution brought by Black Sesame Smart solves the above problems well.

Linux is widely used in in-vehicle systems, especially in electric vehicles, and can handle infotainment systems very well, such as the IVI of the smart cockpit. However, the infotainment system is only a part of the overall car software system, and in-vehicle R&D engineers will question the role of Linux in Functional safety performance on critical systems (such as digital instrument clusters, ADAS, and autonomous driving), many companies (including Huawei) are trying to find a new way to use it, given that Linux has a rich ecosystem of AI, graphics, and middleware, Enables Linux to meet both security and ecosystem requirements. Therefore, I will share some experience of using Linux in vehicle systems and thinking about future development.

Topic: Clang Static Analysis and Symbolic Execution Based Vehicle Regulation Safety Detection Tool——zchecker

Guest: Wu Hualin | Co-founder and CTO of Zhaosong Technology

Lecture time: 16:00 - 16:30

Introduction to the topic:

Clang static analysis is a source code analysis tool based on the LLVM project for detecting bugs and potential problems in C, C++, etc. programs. It improves code quality and security by analyzing code during compilation without executing the program. Static analysis can identify many types of problems such as memory leaks, null pointer dereferences, array out of bounds, etc.
Symbolic execution is a program analysis technique that explores all possible execution paths of a program by reasoning about and solving for its symbolic inputs rather than concrete values. Clang symbolic execution combined with static analysis enables deeper discovery of potential problems in code without executing the program. This approach can find more complex bugs like race conditions, deadlocks, etc.
The zchecker vehicle safety detection tool launched by Zhaosong Technology, based on the architecture of Clang static analysis and symbolic execution, has realized MISRA C/C++, HIS and other vehicle safety detection specifications. This time we will focus on sharing vehicle safety detection tools. Details and implementation challenges of process-sensitive, path-sensitive, abstract syntax trees, control flow graphs, exploded graphs and other analysis techniques used.

Guest: Sun Zhongxiao | Senior Expert of Suzhou Tongyuan Soft Control

Lecture time: 16:30 - 17:00

Introduction to the topic:

In the era of software-defined automobiles, the time required for models to be delivered from concept to delivery is shorter, and it is just necessary to use digital means for high-speed iteration of the entire life cycle. Iterative evolution from digital prototype 1.0, 2.0, and 3.0 helps to break through multi-departmental collaboration barriers and reduce vehicle development. In terms of time and cost, use Tongyuan Soft Control to create a digital delivery process based on the MWORKS digital platform with a unified open architecture, and build products based on unified data standards and interface standards, providing visible decision-making basis for the overall department and helping each business department to achieve rapid iteration.
