Another month has passed! From celebrating the success of Ethereum Merge, CTSI’s listing on emerging crypto platform Deepcoin, to welcoming three new core contributors to the blockchain operating system, September certainly wasn’t a slow month.
Ahead of our preparations for major events such as the ETH Bogota and Devcon in October, we are excited to announce our sponsorship of HER DAO, one of the largest female DAOs in the world. Growing fast with members from the US and Europe at our RoadtoDevcon, we will join the Latin American chapter in Bogota and connect with amazing womxn developers, enabling them to build the next generation of DApps on the blockchain OS .
That's not all. Blockchain OS is opening doors for all kinds of makers at Cartesi Hacker Home. Developers, designers, researchers, community organizers. Everyone in the Web3 community, we invite you to feel right at home during ETH Bogota and Devcon. We've seen an amazing response with over 125 registrations and even more on the waitlist. From Brazil to Switzerland, from Bogota to Boston, you may have seen a flurry of activity from Cartesi's core contributors as we introduce the breakthrough technology of the blockchain operating system at events and communities around the world. Be sure to catch our highlights:
PS Keep an eye out for our HackBoston moments, it was 36 hours of energy and creativity and we loved every second of it! Additionally, you'll learn how students built a fully on-chain robot vs. robot fighting game, brought quantum computers to the blockchain, and conceptualized a fully decentralized version of Steam, all using the blockchain operating system.

While we have increased participation at major Web3 events around the world, our core development team has also been working hard to make continued progress on the blockchain operating system.
With the release of Cartesi Rollups 0.6.0 and Rollups-Examples 0.9.0 we bring improved stability and performance to developers building DApps using the blockchain operating system. This release also makes the onboarding process easier for those new to Cartesi technology. So whether you're exploring from the comfort of your own home or attending one of our workshops, getting started with Blockchain OS is a breeze.

With our global community growing, it's time for another AMA. We invite you to join the ChangeNOW AMA by connecting with Cartesi core contributor Max (focused on business development strategy) via Twitter. It was great to introduce The Blockchain OS to ChangeNOW users mainly in the US, France, Germany, UK and Sweden. Let's give a warm welcome to all newcomers to the Cartesi community!
