2. Application method
From August 31, 2022, the employer shall register and log in on the talent registration service platform of Donghu New Technology Development Zone, click on the "3551 Recommended Enterprise List" section to apply, and fill in the recommended enterprise point evaluation model indicators according to the system requirements and submit the corresponding Evidence. The application deadline is 24:00 on September 24.
After the review, the system will confirm the final points of the reporting units and rank them. Those ranked in the top 50 will be shortlisted in the 2022 3551 Recommended Talent List and become a recommended talent company.

3. Support policies
Before December 31, 2022, talent-recommending enterprises can recommend 3551 high-level talents such as one innovative talent or high-end management talent, and will be given 1 million yuan of free funding after being identified.
