1. Open My Computer, enter the "Control Panel" and click - "Programs"
2. Click - "Turn Windows features on or off" 
3. Check - "All functions of Hyper-V" Click "OK" to install, restart the computer after the installation is complete,
The Hyper-V feature installation is complete.
