time to grow

Today's Chinese people are very anxious, especially do not like to give others time. It seems that given time, the sky is about to fall and the earth is about to sink. But human growth takes time, and this is something that no one can control.

We can assume that from the beginning of a person's entry into the field of development, there is no problem with the way of thinking. It is simply the accumulation of knowledge, the improvement of ability, and the cultivation of experience. Such a person, if coupled with a relatively smart mind and a peaceful living environment, can be considered a skilled person after working for about three years, and if he is lucky, he can be regarded as a reliable person. But if a person is reliable, it does not mean that what this person does is also reliable. Especially in the case of environmental pressure, you can really withstand the pressure and exert your greatest potential, and at the same time, you will not make random commitments, and will not make commitments that are inconsistent with your ability. There are very few such people. After all, everyone is involved in the enterprise. The real ability to not tell lies, but to tell the truth depends on the specific situation of the enterprise. So you see, even if people want to be reliable, but your company doesn't give you a chance, they can't be reliable.

Also, even becoming an agile person is not a simple matter, it also requires a process.

In the beginning, it can be regarded as an agile follower. They can firmly believe in agile beliefs and try hard to learn various agile specific practices. Such people may exist everywhere, but they are just the soil where agile can be implemented, not enough to be a true agile implementer.

Later, when they start to think, start to summarize, start to come out of their initial religious fanaticism. At this time, they will find that agile beliefs have ideas, concepts, theories and even philosophies behind them. They began to talk about agile in a structured way, and began to summarize the actual operation of agile, so they began to study agile really as a method. These people are relatively few, but these people are the seeds of agility. These people can be counted as agile practitioners.

Later, when some of them, with further practice, further summary, and further theory, began to try to combine theory and practice, and tried to fill in the gaps of methods and revise the problems of practice in practice. At this time, it is not just to learn a theory, but to build a new theory. They don't just need to summarize, generalize, abstract, they need to have methods (methods for theory, not for practice). These people end up being agile implementers.

If there are still fewer people who, on the basis of their own theories, want to spread their knowledge and share it with everyone, it will take more effort. At this time, you need to understand the difference between theory and reality, the distance between imagination and reality, and be able to stick to yourself, weigh the pros and cons, and learn to make appropriate compromises. Such people are too few and too few, and these people can be regarded as agile promoters.

I don't know how many years it will take for such a process to go through, but I know it will never be a matter of months.
