If you only work with customers, it is difficult to establish a trustworthy cooperative relationship with each other. More importantly, you have common interests and hobbies. Customers are not fixed and customers are changing, so you need a broad range of knowledge to deal with and find. opportunity to meet. You don’t have to know everything in particular, but if you know a little bit, you can catch up when others say it. Being attentive, smart and eager to learn will definitely make up for the previous deficiencies.
It is easy for people to talk nonsense, but talking about it will give people the sweetness of drinking tea.
As a project leader, you can't stick to technology, communication and progress control. In daily work and life:
1. To broaden your horizons, such as reading, gathering, traveling...;
2. To expand one's own circle, not only limited to work relationships, such as having a doctor friend, a civil servant friend...;
3. To enrich one's own sentiments, such as sports, documentaries, history...;
Knowledge is extensive, knowledge is endless, and the most important thing is to use limited knowledge for one's own use .
