This part of the comprehensive quality that has nothing to do with technology is only the experience and lessons or summary of personal practice, and it is inevitable that there are biases.

01 character

Nietzsche said: The so-called maturity of many people is just that the edges and corners of the customs have been worn away, and they have become sophisticated and practical. It is not maturity, but premature aging of spirit and premature death of personality. True maturity should be the formation of a unique personality, the discovery of the true self, the spiritual results and harvest.

Each person's character can be distinguished from a macro perspective, such as temperamental and temperless; emotional and rational; passionate and steady...and so on, but from the micro or details Every you is you, you are unique, and your character is your character.

Often, you will see a lot of expert talk or article comments (moments and Weibo are everywhere), and you will find a lot to tell you how to be rational, how to be silent, how to back down, how to be peaceful, how to be harmonious... ...too many, imagine that all people are like this, thousands of people are one side, this is no longer a problem of work, it is a terrible life problem, since then there is no passion, no bumps in life, peace, peace, Just like a straight line, there is no high tide and no low tide, are you yearning? A poem by Wen Yiduo: This is a ditch of despairing stagnant water, the breeze can't blow the slightest ripple.

What is the character? What kind of personality do you use to face customers? Facing project members? Facing your leader? What I want to say is that there are no defined requirements and standards, everyone can. Character is basically unchangeable, as the old saying goes: character determines fate, and appearance determines pattern. But the character can be restrained. In fact, what you need to do is to give full play to the greatest strengths of your character and try to avoid the effects of the disadvantages. From a philosophical point of view, you cannot completely avoid any bad effects. Things are relative, if there is good there will be bad, if there is bad, there will be good. The biggest advantage of your character is often the weakness that produces you. When you understand this, you will suddenly be enlightened, you will be cheerful, and you will let go. Just be your best self, that's enough.

What I want to say is: you are unique, you cannot be copied, you are the best, you believe in yourself, this is the most important thing.
