The model is the top priority of this overseas project, and it is also the key to the implementation of the entire project. It is related to the success or failure of the entire project. Both the bureau and us have invested huge manpower, material resources and time to complete the construction of the entire model. I hired IBM model designers to help design the model, and also hired Teradata model designers to review this model. I was fortunate to be involved in the entire model construction process as our company, and was responsible for managing the answers to the entire model and responsible for guiding and managing 4- 6 model people, responsible for the implementation of the model.

During the period when I was in charge of and managed 4-6 model people, it made me feel that management is not a simple sentence or two, one or two things can be done, management is an organic combination of people, planning, control and coordination

(4) Coordination, coordination is indispensable. In the actual execution process, we find the irrationality of tasks or resources, and dependencies (such as relying on peripheral systems), we need to coordinate resources at this time

In the management corresponding to these 4-6 people, it is found that the difference between reality and ideal is too large mainly in the following aspects

(1) The rationality of the plan, which is too far from the ideal. When the plan is formulated, it is generally not possible to communicate with the members of the group in advance, but to finalize it directly with the project manager. (4) Coordination, this is lacking. After the task assignment is completed, the task cannot be coordinated according to the actual situation.
