A project manager is the big housekeeper of a project. In the actual work process, he is constrained by the company, leaders, customers, and other factors, or even influenced by the negative list. The project manager is the "general" of the project. Your sense of responsibility will be reflected in the work process at all levels, such as team management, customer communication, company department coordination, project implementation, etc., and will also greatly affect the final success or failure of the project (not absolute, To explain this problem is very complex, comprehensive and sometimes very emotional).
Responsibility is professional quality, and responsibility is also personal quality. Responsibility is an attitude to life. The amount of responsibility you pay may not necessarily lead to the results you really want, but you must believe that your consistent and responsible attitude will be the best result of this matter.
