Recently, I installed CITRIX VDA 7.6 on the server, and found that the installation was unsuccessful. I checked the log carefully and found the following keywords below the log
16:23:00.2182 $ERR$ : XenDesktopSetup: Installation of MSI file UpsClient_x64.msi failed with error code InstallFailure (1603).
16:23:00.2192 $ERR$ : XenDesktopSetup:InstallComponent: Failed to install component 'Citrix Universal Printing Client'. Failed to install MSI file UpsClient_x64.msi
So check whether the print slooer service is turned on, it is found that it is in a forbidden state, and change it to an automatic state.
I checked the windows installer service and found that it was in a manual state. For the sake of insurance, I changed it to automatic (this may be useless)
Directly in the control panel, select VDA, select add components, continue to install, success~
