I installed XShell before and it can't be used for various reasons. When uninstalling and installing it again, the installation has always failed. After researching for a long time, I finally found a solution.
Just delete the folder {F3FDFD5A-A201-407B-887F-399484764ECA} in the directory C:\Program Files (x86)\InstallShield Installation Information.
