solution:
- Use the 3dsmax cleanup tool to completely uninstall
- Close all Autodesk products.
- Download the Autodesk Licensing Certificate installer. and install. Click on the official website to download the address
This installs the "VeriSign Universal Root CA", "VeriSign Class 3 Public Primary CA - G5", "USERTrust RSA CA", "Thawte Timestamping CA" and "GlobalSign Root CA" certificates which are required for Autodesk applications to work seamlessly on Windows

Download the Autodesk Licensing Service -win-11.0.0.4854 installer file after the installation is complete. Click on the official website to download the address

Once the download is complete, unzip it, right-click the AdskLicensing-installer.exe file, and go to the Properties > General tab.

If your property page looks like the picture below, please check "Unblock Unblock".
