When the installation is at the last step, the error shown in the figure below appears

Follow the prompts given for relevant information, and view the Windows Installer
First open the local service: windows+R, enter services.msc, open the following interface:

Double-click to open, set the startup type to 自动, and start the service
Then restart the computer and continue the installation
The reason for the problem should be that it is Windows Modules Installernot started, which prevents Windows from installing updates correctly, and some modules required for Xshell installation cannot be downloaded correctly;
