In fiscal year 2018, the annual active consumers of Alibaba's China retail platform reached 552 million, and the number of new annual active consumers in the quarter hit the highest number since the IPO; revenue was 250.266 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 58%; core e-commerce business revenue was 214.020 billion yuan , an increase of 60% year-on-year, both hitting the highest annual growth rate since the IPO.

As the new retail strategy continues to advance, Alibaba's e-commerce platform is developing into China's leading retail infrastructure.
