The key is to look at the problem with product thinking, understand the problem from the user's point of view, and think about what is from the industry's point of view. necessary.
Most of the group questions are about choosing M from N, crisis public relations, functional design, etc. Just take a look and think about it. After others put forward their own opinions, if they think the same as themselves, quickly think about what can be added. As well as other feasible solutions, I won't go into details here.
02The second round
Second face: It was probably the longest round of interviews, which lasted about an hour.
The female interviewer asked me a lot of questions. I went through all the experiences on my resume one by one, dug up and raised relevant questions one by one, and here I would like to remind everyone that you must be familiar with your resume and think about possible problems yourself . This process It lasted about half an hour.
Then I asked about the comparison of my favorite APP and competing products. I used WeChat reading and snail reading to compare, because I am a deep user of WeChat reading, I have witnessed a lot of development process, and have a lot of feelings. I probably listed a lot of advantages and disadvantages and The improvement method will not be discussed in detail here.
Then she asked me what I should do if I wanted to attract the campus student group. I gave a general idea that it should be combined with things like live broadcast, the knowledge transfer of big V, and the online and offline linkage on campus may be book review meetings, debates, etc. The combination of forms should be based on the knowledge passed on by books, etc. I don't remember the specifics.
Then at the end of the interview, she finished talking to me, and I was surprised, and then she smiled and said to me if there was something wrong. Then he made a joke with me and told me to wait, and I watched her write me a review for fifteen minutes before calling the next person.
I feel that this interviewer is still very serious towards me, and the people behind me are dismissed in less than half an hour. I am also flattered.
03The third round
San Mian: Another interviewer in the group chat mainly talked about the resume, and then asked about the game experience and views on the game .
04The fourth round
Four sides: It is the HR side. The HR side of NetEase Hangzhou is a little scary, and it digs deeper than the professionals.
