Vultr server price
The Vultr server is billed on an hourly basis, with a minimum of $0.004/h, which is $2.5/month, and there is no charge for destroying the server, so don’t worry about the problem of deduction if you don’t use it for the time being, as shown in the following figure:

Register with Vultr
First open the Vultr link , click Create Account, as shown below
Because Vultr's website is in English, there are still requirements for registration. When entering the password, the specification will be displayed, as shown in the following figure:
Top up Vultr
After the registration is completed, it is recharge. Vultr provides 4 recharge methods, as shown below:
Here I choose Alipay, because it is convenient and fast, but the minimum consumption is 10 US dollars, which is not much, more than 60 yuan, as shown below:

Choose the location of the VPS
First, location matters! How do we choose, of course there is a scientific way, ping it!
Vultr's servers have many locations. The data for the Tokyo and Singapore nodes I tested below are as follows:
It seems that the node speed in Tokyo is better. Of course, this varies from person to person, and the speed of accessing servers in different locations abroad in different geographical locations in China is also different. (The download address is provided below, and the Windows operating system downloads it and double-clicks it to run).

Create a VPS
On the left menu bar Servers, click +, as shown below:

Connect to VPS
Open Xshell, select File -> New, enter the IP of the VPS, the IP address is on the Vultr management page, as shown in the following figure:
