Step 1: If you want to truly realize multi-user connection, please install the role: remote desktop service.
Step 2: gpedit.msc, find "Computer Configuration" - "Administrative Templates" - "Windows Components" - "Remote Desktop Services" - "Remote Desktop Session Host" - "Connections".
Step 3: "Restrict Remote Desktop Services users to individual Remote Desktop Services sessions" disable the option.
Step 4 (optional): Modify the maximum number of connected users.
Step 5: Execute gpupdate/force.
