win7 + manjaro linux dual system installation

The efi boot is uniformly adopted here, so the windows system must be win7 64 or newer.

1. Select a PE system to write to the U disk in another computer, such as Chinese cabbage, really Chinese cabbage.

2. In the PE system, set the disk to GPT format (GUID)

3. In the PE system, use the image loading tool to load the win7 64 iso, and click setup.exe to start installing the windows 7 system.

Select Disk Build, efi partition and esp partition will be automatically generated. (this is the key to uefi boot)

Choose a primary partition for installation.

4. Download the iso of Manjaro linux.

5. After the installation of win7 is completed, use the tool Win32 Disk Imager to write the iso of Manjaro linux to the U disk.

6. Restart, choose U disk to boot from BIOS, and install manjaro. In order to avoid various driver problems, the driver chooses the second option boot (non-free).

Among them, pay attention to mount and check /boot/efi, but keep the partition (don't format it)

7. After the installation is complete, you can choose Manjaro or win7 system.
