1. Drawing requirements (standard format)

(1). Ranking Chart

Indicate the maximum size of the product positioning reference, the distance between the glue position and the material edge, the distance from the bottom of the material, the outer size of the large row, the maximum size of the front and rear mold materials, and the distance between each product and the minimum ejection stroke must be clearly expressed when multiple products are produced in a set of molds .

  5. Indicate the main dimensions, total height, ejection stroke, size and depth of opening of the mold pit.

  6. The mold has a stop and a zero-out stop drawing and an open block diagram that require the mold factory to open the frame, and A4 printing.

  7. Update the ranking. When one of the following situations occurs, the ranking needs to be updated in time: A. Check the mold blank material list.

B. The design department comes to the official blueprint or revise the plan.

C. Design changes.

(2) Assembly drawing

  1. Use assembly drawing frame (ZP2XA0; ZPA0; ZPA1) and assembly icon annotation format

  3. Express all the structure of the mold clearly, and use a partial enlarged sectional view if necessary.

  4. The gate must have an enlarged view of the part.

  5. There must be a schedule.

(3) Thimble diagram

  1. Use part drawing frame (LJA0, A1, A2, A3, A4) and part drawing standard format (LJ, LJJ).

  2. The line of the glue position (product, runner gate) part is indicated by No. 149 color, and the pen width is 0.05.

  3. The base angle must be marked.

  4. Call the AL-LXY toolbar to indicate thimble.

  5. The thimble drawing should include all thread cutting and threading holes, and the size of the pin holes.

  6. The supporting thimble must have a cross-sectional diagram to express the dimensions of the supporting position.

  7. Sometimes in order to express clearly, it is necessary to print and mark separately, and at the same time, there must be a total thimble, tube, insert hole, thread cutting hole, oblique top straight, top picture

  8. Water transportation must be considered and not contradictory. .

(4) Line cut drawing

1) Use part drawing frame (LJA0, A1, A2, A3, A4) and part drawing standard format (LJ, LJJ).

2) The line of the glue position (product, runner gate) is represented by color No. 149, and the pen width is 0.05.

3) The base angle must be marked.

4) The oblique top line cutting adopts a uniform marking format. 5) It is clearly stated whether to cut the inner mold or the insert.

  1. When the mold material in the pool is cut together with the mold embryo, mark the center as the mold embryo center. (5) Parts drawing

  1. Use part drawing frame (LJA0, A1, A2, A3, A4) and part drawing standard format (LJ, LJJ)

  2. Express all structures, standardize all the required dimensions of the addition.

  3. If there is a base angle and water transport, the base angle and water transport must be drawn.

  4. The diagonal top and the straight top head are drawn by the parting surface or the product zero line (to be specified), and at the same time, mark one to refer to the total length.

  5. Note that the drawings are drawn in parallel, with large pieces first and small pieces second.

(6) Exploded view

1) Use part drawing frame (LJA0, A1, A2, A3, A4) and standard format of part drawing (LJ, LJJ)

2) The base angle must be marked.

3) Mark the outer dimensions and the distance between the main plane of the front and rear molds and the zero line of the product.

(6) Parting diagram (3D)

1) The product positioning must be exactly the same as the ranking chart.

2) It is required to make a runner to fill the bone and column positions.

3) Due to the rotten picture, the parting surface cannot be transferred to the mold first within the required time.

4) When there is a front mold row position, pay attention to the mating surface of the row position slope and the A plate slope to avoid 0.5mm clearance.

(1) Internal drawing management

  1. Material list: Put it in the material list folder according to the model number.

  2. Inner mold material list of mold base: Put it in the material order folder by date.

  3. Models: Put them in each folder one by one according to the product name and the order of layout. The models of each set of models are as follows:

Ranking diagram→exploded diagram→assembly diagram→thimble diagram→line cutting diagram→part diagram, etc.

  1. Product 2D assembly drawing: put it in the product assembly drawing folder (including assembly drawing, color drawing, mold construction sheet).

  2. Internal data: in the data folder (put design standards, management plans, etc.).

  3. Empty table: placed next to the printer.

  4. The layout schedule and schedule are placed in a folder.

Precautions:

  1. The bill of materials must be clearly filled out: the mold number, mold name, date, maker, and copper material ordered must indicate what material is used and whether it is CNC used. Check carefully after ordering.

  2. Write clearly your name, date, drawing name version, number of sheets on the drawing receipt.

  3. The material list and drawing receipt are not allowed to be punched. The drawing receipt is bound together with the upper right corner of the receipt and the upper left corner of the drawing when binding.

At the same time, all drawings sent to the workshop must be signed by the team leader or supervisor, and white drawings are not allowed to the workshop.

three. Computer graphics management

After each model of product is put into production: All mold drawings of this model must be carved into 2 CDs and saved. The relevant drawings in the designer’s computer can be deleted by the supervisor after 3 months of production. The computer drawings are not allowed to be deleted.
