2. Cutting method: In
many cases, when we make the parting surface and perform the parting, we find that it is inseparable and there are many green lines and red dots. At this time, we can choose the cutting method. The specific method is: direct Copy the parting surface and extend it in the direction of the front mold to the thickness of the front mold core, close it to generate the front mold core, and then make a solid as the back mold core, cut off the front mold part with the parting mold, and then use the reference part to directly CUTOUT mold core cavity
Of course, the accuracy modification method can also be used to solve the situation that occurs in 2. Adjust the accuracy appropriately to solve some situations. You can also adjust the mold accuracy and product accuracy during the design process to keep the same, (preferably in CONFIG ) Directly set the product accuracy and mold accuracy to be consistent;
3. Hole filling method:
When making the profile, don't go to COPY SURFACE (recommended), just make some simple curved surfaces to block the holes where there are holes. Sometimes the curved surface is not easy to do, and you can directly grow a 0.01mm thick solid. , And then some relatively simple large parting surfaces can be separated;
Fourth, the skirt method:
For most of the shell products, it is recommended to use skirts as parting surfaces, so that not only is easy to parting, but also the parting surfaces that are made are more beautiful;
5. Volume method:
Sometimes it can also be done by directly making volume blocks, including making finished volume blocks and making several volume blocks at will, and then dividing and merging the volume blocks.
VI. Adjusting package method:
In some cases, when we use the main parting surface for parting, there will be inseparable situations, but don't give up easily, try to change a parting surface (such as insert, insert or slider) to divide it. There will also be surprises.

Sometimes it is very strange. It is easier to separate the products that cannot be separated by the parting surface in the mold section, and replace it with the product section to make the parting surface, and then divide the mold in the mold section

This method is more useful for some graphics files that are converted by third-party software and some products with poor surface quality. However, some parts of the product should be appropriately modified, but you must be careful not to change the product at will Appearance and functional parts.
