Although there are many templates, the mold is divided into two parts, the hardware mold is divided into: the upper mold part and the lower mold part. As you can see, the editor deliberately puts "up" on all the templates of the upper mold part, and "down" on the lower mold part templates.

Upper part

Childcare work: It is mainly used for clamping the mold and the working table of the press, and has no special function. It can be omitted for cost saving.

Upper foot: Mainly increase the height of the mold, so that the closed height of the mold is within the stroke range of the punch, and there is space to install the mold clamp. The auxiliary function provides space for the spring box structure.

Upper strike-out board: It is mainly used with ejector rod to eject products, with spring box structure.

Upper back board (empty board or heightened board): The function is similar to the upper foot support function, and it mainly provides space for spring box activities.

Upper cover: The main task is to solve the spring quick release structure, which is convenient for replacement.

Upper mold base: mainly plays the role of guiding the upper and lower molds of the outer guide column and clamping force.

Upper backing plate: As the name suggests, the backing plate is definitely used for cushioning things. The main cushion is the punch and guide post to prevent it from punching the mold base.

Upper splint: mainly used for clamping punch and guide post.

Stop baffle: its function is similar to that of the upper backing plate, which is used to cushion the stripper plate inserts and screws.

Stripping plate: The main function is to guide the die punch parts, stripping and pressing.

Upper template: Knife-edge board, mainly used for compound flip-chip die, the knife-edge and punch are interchangeable, which is similar to the lower template.

Lower template: part of the template for the knife edge and work, the most important work template for the entire mold.

Lower stripping plate (outer stripping plate): It is mostly composite molds, mainly for stripping.

Lower splint: mainly used for clamping punch and guide post.

Lower backing plate: As the name suggests, the backing plate must be used for cushioning things. It is mainly used to cushion knife edges and inserts to prevent them from punching the mold base.

Lower mold base: Mainly play the role of guiding the upper and lower molds of the outer guide column and clamping force.

Lower backboard: The function is similar to the auxiliary function of the upper footrest, which mainly provides space for the spring box.

Bottom knock-out board: mainly used with ejector rod to push out products, with spring box structure.
