In fact, what I want to say here is that software is just a tool, not as difficult as imagined. The reason why many people find it difficult is actually because of their own psychological effects. Second, the market for mold design
From the perspective of the national market, there is currently a talent gap for mold designers. As many companies have difficulty in recruiting highly skilled middle and senior technicians, the salaries of these talents tend to rise. For example, the monthly salary of professional mold design talents is 4,000 yuan, and the monthly salary of CNC machining talents is 4,500 yuan. The monthly salary of senior workers who are familiar with the entire operation process of design and processing reaches more than 6,000 yuan. Among them, the monthly salary of talents with better skills is more than 10,000 yuan.
As the manufacturing industries in some southern cities are more concentrated, the salary of mold designers is higher in the south and lower in the north. For example, Dongguan is currently in short supply of senior mold talents, and the annual salary of a professionally trained mold design and mold manufacturing technician often exceeds 100,000 yuan. Another status quo of the industry is that the more experience, the more “valuable” it is. The job of the mold designer is to design the model of the product after the customer takes out the design drawing of the product. As a designer, experience is the most important thing. The more experienced the designer, the more "valuable".
Most companies do not need fresh graduates, but prefer people with 2-3 years of work experience. Therefore, fresh graduates may find it difficult to find a job and need to go to the company for retraining. Fresh graduates cannot design immediately even if they enter a company. If the design is done but others cannot process it, then all the labor is zero. Therefore, all designers need to practice in the workshop, start from the most basic work, and accumulate experience. After becoming a designer, you must also track a mold product throughout the process. Before the mold comes out, the designer needs to go to the workshop to see the assembly. Only after the customer's acceptance is successful, the work is finished.
I myself came out of a training school before. I just came out with a salary of 6.5K during the internship period. After two months, I got a regular salary (a higher salary for a regular job, so it’s hard to tell), five social insurance and one housing fund. The benefits are still good.
