Pneumatic control valve operation, inspection and maintenance

We have introduced some basic information about pneumatic control valves before, but it is not enough to give us a complete understanding of pneumatic control valves. We learn a thing, and we can't talk about it without knowing it, so learning is a long and interesting thing. If you study a little every day, you will be less away from excellent distance.
1. Operation
(1) Before the pneumatic control valve is first used, a joint school of the system must be held.
(2) During the operation of the pneumatic control valve, all bypass valves should be closed, and the dispatch valve should be within the normal operating scale. It is strictly forbidden to mediate the position of the entire valve stem and compression spring. If there is a problem, rewards and punishments should be handled immediately.
2. The same as usual inspections
(1) It is important to check whether the air source pressure, fasteners, and appearance of the pneumatic control valve are loose or leaking. If there is any, it should be handled in real time.
(2) All connections must be inspected, whether they are tight, whether there are signs of friction, scratches, and deformation.
(3) What is the protection environment of the external road, and whether the sealing environment of the seal is excellent.
(4) Whether the operation of the valve stem is not disordered, and whether the valve has signs of corrosion.
3. Rainproof inspection The
first thing is to check whether the external connection port is damp, there may be signs of water ingress.
4. Maintenance
(1) Conduct liquidation and lubrication of various components in order to delay the service life of the pneumatic control valve.
(2) The pneumatic control valve should be cleaned and lubricated as scheduled, and the amount of oil in the lubricator should be sufficient. If the amount is insufficient, it should be supplemented in real time.
