2. Internal leakage caused by electric control valve debugging. Solution: reset the limit.
3. The internal leakage of the electric control valve caused by the valve cavitation corrosion caused by the selection error. Solution: Process improvement, use multi-stage pressure reduction or sleeve control valve.
4. Poor manufacturing quality of the electric control valve causes internal leakage. Solution: Rework the sealing surface.
5. Internal leakage caused by medium scouring and aging of electric control valve. Solution: readjust the actuator, maintain and calibrate regularly.
6. The zero adjustment of the actuator is not accurate and the valve is not completely closed. Adjustment method: 1) Manually close the dead valve (must confirm that it is completely closed); 2) Manually close the valve again forcefully, with little force; 3) Turn (valve opening direction) half-turn; 4) Then adjust the limit.
7. The control part of the electric control valve affects the internal leakage of the valve. Solution: reset the limit.
