1. Content requirements

The graduation thesis (design) should include the following:

  1. Topic : The topic should be concise, precise, and general. The number of words is generally no more than 20 words. Subtitles can be added if necessary. The topic should be in both Chinese and English, and the English topic should have the same meaning as the Chinese topic.
  2. Abstract : The abstract of the paper is a brief statement of the content of the paper. It is a high-level summary of the main thesis and innovative ideas of the paper. The abstract should be independent and complete. The abstract should be in both Chinese and English, and the Chinese abstract should be about 300 words. The content of the English abstract should correspond to the Chinese abstract, and the words should be accurate, grammatical, and complete.
  3. Keywords : Keywords are subject terms for retrieval, and general technical terms that can cover the main content of the paper should be used. The keywords are generally listed in 3 to 5, arranged according to the extension level of the entry, with the larger extension in the front. Keywords should be in Chinese and English, and Chinese and English keywords should be one-to-one correspondence.
  4. Directory : The directory is generally listed to the third level of headings, and the headings are required to be clear. The headings in the table of contents should be consistent with the headings in the main text and indicate the page number.
  5. Main text : The main body of the paper can include the preface or introduction, the main body of the paper, and the conclusion. The requirements for the number of characters in the graduation thesis (design) shall be put forward by each major.
    1. Foreword (Introduction). The content may include: the academic background and theoretical and practical significance of this research topic, a summary of domestic and foreign literature, the source of this research topic and main research content, research methods, etc.
    2. The main body of the paper. The main body of the thesis is the core part of the degree thesis. According to the norms of academic papers, clarify the main points of the thesis, theoretical, experimental and practical basis. If there is any joint research or experiment with the instructor or others in the article, and the content of citing the results or conclusions of others, there must be a clear explanation, and it must not be confused with the theoretical analysis proposed by me.
    3. in conclusion. The conclusion is the summary and synthesis of the entire research work, the comparison between the results obtained and the existing results, the remaining problems in the subject, and the insights and suggestions for further research.
  6. References : References are a necessary part of the graduation thesis (design). It reflects the source of the graduation thesis (design), the breadth of the materials, and the reliability of the materials. It is also the author's recognition and respect for the knowledge achievements of others. A complete reference can provide readers with a valuable information material.
  7. (If necessary) Appendices : For some materials that are not suitable to be placed in the main text, but are closely related to the main text of the thesis, they can be included in the appendix of the graduation thesis (design).
  8. (If necessary) Foreign language translation : specific requirements will be put forward by the majors according to their needs.

Two, writing specifications

  1. Text and punctuation
    1. Essays should be written in simplified Chinese or foreign languages ​​required by the major or instructor.
    2. The usage of Chinese punctuation should be based on GB/T 15834-1995 "Usage of Punctuation Marks", and foreign language punctuation should be based on the common usage method of official publications of the language used.
  2. Page numbering
    The page numbers of the front part of the abstract, table of contents, etc. are individually arranged in Roman numerals, and the page numbers of the main body and the following are arranged in Arabic numerals. The page number should be centered at the bottom of the page.
  3. Terminology
    Technical terminology and the names of equipment and components shall adopt the terms or names specified in national standards or ministerial standards. The terminology not specified in the standard shall adopt industry common terms or names. The terminology must be unified throughout the text. Some special nouns or new nouns should be explained or annotated in appropriate places. When English abbreviations are used, in addition to the common abbreviations widely used in the industry, the first occurrence of abbreviations in the text should be marked with parentheses in the English full text.
  4. Quantity and unit The
    quantity and unit must adopt the national standards of the People's Republic of China GB3100~GB3102-93.
  5. Numbers
    According to the "Trial Regulations on the Use of Numbers in Publications" issued in 1987 by the National Language Work Committee and other seven units, Arabic numbers are generally used except for those that are accustomed to using Chinese numbers. The year must be written in full. For example, "2000" cannot be written as "00".
  6. Title Levels
    All the title levels of the graduation project (thesis) should be orderly, neat and clear. The same level should adopt a unified presentation style. The content under the headings at all levels in the main text should correspond to their respective headings, and there should be no content irrelevant to the heading.
    The headings of each level are numbered with hierarchical Arabic numerals, such as the first level is "1.", "2.", "3.", etc., the second level is such as "1.1", "1.2", "1.3", etc., and the third Levels such as "1.1.1", "1.1.2", "1.1.3", etc., and the fourth level, such as "1.1.1.1", "1.1.1.2", "1.1.1.3", etc., but the numbering of Arabic numerals Generally, it does not exceed the fourth level. The two levels are separated by a dot in the lower corner. The second, third, and fourth levels are not punctuated at the end.
    Titles of each level are written on a separate line. The first-level heading is written in the center; the second, third, and fourth-level headings are written in the ordinal top grid, followed by a space for the heading, and no punctuation is added at the end; the order of the headings below the fourth level that require a separate line can be "A.", "B.", "C."...and "a.", "b.", "c."...Two layers, the title ordinal number is written in the top grid, and a space after the ordinal number is followed by the title.
    The main text uses the serial numbers of "⑴", "⑵", "⑶"... for the sub-items included in the total item, and "1)", "2)", "3)"... for the small items in the sub-items. , No other punctuation is added after the brackets.
  7. form
    1. Each table should have its own table sequence and table name. The table sequence and table name are placed in the middle above the table, and the table name is written in a space after the table sequence. The tables can be ordered uniformly (for example, Table 15), or separately chapter by chapter (for example, Table 2-5). Which method should be used should be consistent with the ordering method of the illustrations and formulas. The sequence of the table must be continuous and must not be repeated or skipped.
    2. Each column in the table should be marked with the amount and the corresponding unit. The numbers in the table must be aligned up and down. When the values ​​in adjacent columns are the same, you cannot use'same as above','same left' and other similar terms, and should be remarked one by one. The vacant cells in the table are indicated by "-" lines.
    3. When the form is written across pages, the title of the form can be omitted, and the header of the form should be repeated, and write "Continued Form ××" on the upper right.
  8. illustration
    1. The illustrations should comply with national standards and professional standards. For graphics without prescribed symbols, the usual drawing methods of the industry should be adopted.
    2. Each figure should have a figure title (composed of figure sequence and figure name, there is a space between figure sequence and figure name). The sequence and name of the figure are placed in the middle position below the figure. The sequence of diagrams can be sequenced continuously (as shown in Figure 52) or chapter by chapter individually (as shown in Figure 6-8). Which method should be used should be consistent with the sequence of tables and formulas. The sequence of diagrams must be continuous and must not be repeated or jump. When there is only one picture, add the word "figure" before the title of the picture. An illustration composed of several sub-pictures, the sub-pictures are marked with a), b), c),...
    3. The illustration and its title should be a whole, and should not be separated and written on two pages. When the blank space of the page in the illustration is not enough to write the whole picture, the text after it can be written in advance, and the picture can be moved to the front of the next page.
  9. Formula The
    formula number is enclosed in parentheses and placed at the end of the right line of the formula. The serial numbers are always serialized with Arabic numerals (such as: (45)) or chapter by chapter (such as (6-10)), and there is no dotted line between the formula and the serial number.
    In the formula, the slash should be used to indicate the relationship of "divide" in brackets to avoid ambiguity, such as a/(bcosx). Usually the "multiplication" relationship comes first, such as acosx/b instead of (a/b)cosx.
  10. Annotation
    Annotation is different from a reference. Annotation is a further explanation or explanatory text for a specific content in the paper. The comments are in footer.
    Note numbering format uses circled Arabic numerals, and the numbering method is to renumber each page. The comment number in the main text (the font size is 4 points smaller, and the font is the same as the main text) is placed in the upper right corner of the content to be annotated, and the note text (the font size is 5 points smaller, and the font is consistent with the text font) is placed at the bottom of the page, and used The long horizontal line is separated from the main text, and each note shall be written separately, and the note shall not be spread across pages.

  11. References
    References refer to relevant literature and information resources cited for writing thesis. Its description method adopts sequential coding method and then the reference description method, that is, the quotation shall be marked by the serial number (please place the serial code in the upper right corner of the last sentence of the quoted content, and use the small No. 4 font), and the reference list shall be placed after the text. Sort by number of citations. The specific method is detailed in the appendix (the reference document description rules after the text).

3. Layout format

  1. Front cover and back cover : in a unified format (printed and issued by the Academic Affairs Office).
  2. Page requirements : Print on A4 paper. The top margin is 2.5 cm, the bottom is 2.0 cm, the left is 2.5 cm, and the right is 2.0 cm. The line spacing is 1.25 times, and the character spacing is standard spacing.
  3. Font and size :
    • Article title: No. 2 bold, centered. Leave a line between the title and the abstract.
    • Abstract: The head of the abstract should be in black with a small number two, centered; then the content of the abstract should be written in a small number four in Song for every other line.
    • Keywords: Use small four in bold for the heading of the keyword, followed by a colon, and the top grid on the left side of the head; then write the keywords in the small four on the same line, and separate multiple keywords with semicolons.
    • English titles, abstracts, and keywords are in Western Times New Roman (titles and headings should be bold). For other requirements, please refer to the Chinese title, abstract, and keyword writing format.
    • Table of Contents: The heading of the table of contents is in bold type 3, centered; the contents of the table of contents are in small No. 4 Song type, aligned left and right, with small dots in the middle.
    • Main text: Use Small 4 Times New Roman for Chinese fonts, and Times New Roman Small 4 for English fonts.
      • First-level question sequence and title: No. 3 bold.
      • Second-level question sequence and title: small three in bold.
      • Three-level question sequence and title: No. 4 bold.
      • Four-level question sequence and title: small four in bold.
    • Table sequence table title: Small No. 5 Song Ti.
    • Picture sequence Picture title: Small No. 5 Song Ti.
    • References: the title is in boldface with a small number four, followed by a colon, and the top grid on the left side of the title; then write the contents of the literature table in a small number five Song for every other line, and the content is left aligned.

Defense committee score sheet; 12. Back cover; (13. Relevant drawings).
    Note: The above (8. Appendix) and (13. Related drawings) are optional and not necessary.

  2. Binding order of ancillary materials : 1. Approval form for proposed questions; 2. Tasks; 3. Open report; (4. Mid-term checklist); 5. Defense record; (6. Foreign language copy); (7. Foreign language translation); 8. The paper test report. The attached materials of the same student are bound together in the above order, one for each.
